Mang Inasal holds first-ever Mothers’ Day MOMCON

“It takes a village (or two) to raise a child,” echoed celebrity mom Dimples Romana during the first-ever #MomsRuleAtMangInasal: Mang Inasal Mothers’ Day MOMfluencers Conference (MOMCON) recently streamed live over the Mang Inasal Facebook page.

The online gathering itself is proof of the online support system mothers nowadays have when it comes to exchanging notes about rearing their respective kids.

“While all of us want to be the best moms to our children, we cannot do it alone. We all need people who will embrace even our imperfections and support us,” said Dimples who is expecting her third child any time soon. Her eldest is an 18-year-old daughter Callie currently studying in Australia and her second child Alonzo is an active seven-year-old boy.

Meanwhile, the country’s top mommy vlogger Ciara Magallanes of Mommy Diaries PH shared that she has been blessed to have a supportive husband, parents, and extended family who have helped her through her motherhood journey. “This is why we always make it a point to spend time with them by sharing meals together, to express our appreciation for all the help they give,” Ciara said.

The Mang Inasal Mother’s Day MOMCON was hosted by celebrity host Cerah Hernandez-Co, who just like Dimples and Ciara is an avid Mang Inasal fan too.

Among the highlights of the event was also the live participation of Mang Inasal mommy customers where they get to share their own Mang Inasal moments through live discussion on Facebook. And just like the rest of the mommy community, both Dimples and Cerah agree that Mang Inasal serve as a “binding force” that have nurtured and strengthened the ‘village’ as they all go through the joys and challenges of parenting.

“Mang Inasal has really been a part of our journey as a family,” Dimples shared. While each member has a favorite food, when someone suggests Mang Inasal, everyone in Dimples’ family agrees. And this bonding over their ihaw-sarap faves is now possible even if they are physically apart because of various access points that allow customers to enjoy Mang Inasal food anytime, anywhere.

Aside from the Mang Inasal MOMCON, netizens can also join the #MomsRuleAtMangInasal Photo Challenge. Promo joiners on Facebook can simply photo comment their recent Mang Inasal moment with their moms. The promo runs up to May 8.
